Massif surrounded by Kali Gandaki gorge on the west, the Marsyangdi river on the north and east and Pokhara valley on the south is a section of the Himalayas that  situates in north central Nepal. Annapurna IV is relatively easier to climb comparatively to other Annapurna peaks though Annapurna Peaks are regarded the most dangerous mountains to climb in the world. Here, Expedition teams to other 8,000 meters mountains such as Annapurna 1, Dhaulagiri, and Manaslu of the same region used Annapurna IV as a base to acclimatize in the past.

Day 1
Day 01 : Arrive Kathmandu

Soon after we land at Kathmandu International Airport, we meet our Nepali representatives who will clarify us about the tour. After the short description by our representatives, we are sent to our Hotels where we will be staying overnight.

Day 2
Day 02 - 3 : Stay in Kathmandu, gear check, preparation

You will rest in Kathmandu for a day. You will be described about your trek and then complete some official procedure. Also, make all the preparations essential for trek. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3
Day 04 : Drive to Bhulbhule (840m) and trek to Ngadi (930m)

Today we will drive for around 6 hours all along the Pokhara- Kathmandu Highway to Dume. After that we will turn right to reach Besisahar where we will have formalities of permit. Then, we will follow a rough path to Bhulbhule. Also, we will walk along the Marsyangdi River and set our camp near Nyagdi.

Day 4
Day 05 : Trek to Chyamche (1300m)

We today, move forward to the Ghermu and to Syange after walking for more than a few hours. We can see a wonderful view at Syange which includes waterfalls and springs. Jagat is our next stop where we can have our lunch. Then, it takes around one hour to reach Chamche. Here we can find several hotels and guest houses where we will stay overnight.

Day 5
Day 06 : Trek to Dharapani (1960m)

After coming across few bridges, we can ascend up to the Tal village set at the altitude of 1700m. The company of beautiful and spectacular waterfalls is a fascinating part for many visitors. We will traverse several other bridges between Tal and Dharapani. It will take about 4 hours for us to arrive at our destinations. We will stay overnight at Dharapani which lies at an altitude of 1900m.

Day 6
Day 07 : Trek to Chame (2760m)

From Dharapani, it takes around 5 to 6 hours to reach Chame. En-route we pass through a Bhote village where we can observe an ethnic group of Nepalese community. We will also pass through the oak and pine forest viewing some wonderful faunas and floras. Eventually, we can arrive at Chame (2675m) where we can perceive many shops and hotels. We will stay overnight at guest house in Chame.

Day 7
Day 08 : Trek to Pisang (3300m)

From Chame, we head to Pisang today viewing the splendid Lamjung Himal. We need to cross the longest suspension bridge over Marsyangdi River. After walking for quite a few hours passing the agricultural area, we can arrive at to Taleku at the elevation of 2775m. Ongoing further, we walk through the thick forested area viewing some stunning view of gigantic peaks and then ultimately reach at Pisang (3300m).

Day 8
Day 09 : Trek to Humde (3519m)

Today leaving Pisang, we will trek for 5 hours to reach Humde. Humde Lies at an elevation of 3519m.

Day 9
Day 10 : Rest at Humde for acclimatization and explore surrounding (trek to Ngwal and back)

We have a day rest at Humde today for proper acclimatization. Alternatively we can trek to Ngwal or we can also also pass through charming long-established village of Upper Pisang and opted to trek the high path to Manang via Ngwal comparatively low path to see the Annapurna peaks which are all more than 20,000 ft. Then we will return back to Humde. Overnight at guest house in Humde.

Day 10
Day 11 : Trek to Annapurna IV Base Camp

After having breakfast, we will continue trek to Annapurna IV Base Camp.

Day 11
Day 12 - 13 : At Base Camp for Preparation

We will be staying at the Base camp to prepare more climbing further the next day.

Day 12
Day 14 : Climb starts, Fix route to Camp I

Our ascend starts as soon as we leave our base camp today and then we will climb taking aid from the fixed ropes in order to reach Camp I.

Day 13
Day 15 : Carry gears and food to Camp I

We will carry food and gears before reaching to Camp I today on this day.

Day 14
Day 16 : Move to camp I

Today, we will move to Camp I and prepare for Camp II on the following day.

Day 15
Day 17 : Fix route to Camp II

Our ascend starts as soon as we leave our base camp today and then we will climb taking aid from the fixed ropes in order to reach Camp II.

Day 16
Day 18 : Carry gears to Camp II

We will carry food and gears before reaching to Camp II today on this day.

Day 17
Day 19 : Move to camp II

Today, we will move to Camp II.

Day 18
Day 20 : Descend to Base Camp

We will return to base camp as a part of rotation of climb while attempting big expeditions to adjust altitude mouintain sickness.

Day 19
Day 21 - 22 : Rest days

We have extra days to rest at the base camp separated just in case if the bad weather won’t let us proceed for our trek. Overnight again at tented camp.

Day 20
Day 23 - 24 : Ascent Camp II

We will again ascent to Camp II via Camp I to prepare ascent to Camp III.

Day 21
Day 25 : Fix route to camp III

Our ascend starts as soon as we leave our base camp today and then we will climb taking aid from the fixed ropes in order to reach Camp III.

Day 22
Day 26 : Move to Camp III

We will carry food and gears before reaching to Camp III today and stay here.

Day 23
Day 27 : Descend to Base Camp

We will again return to base camp as a part of rotation of climb while attempting big expeditions to adjust altitude mouintain sickness.

Day 24
Day 28 - 29 : Rest days

We have extra days to rest at the base camp separated just in case if the bad weather won’t let us proceed for our trek. Overnight again at tented camp.

Day 25
Day 30 : Camp I (Our Sherpa guides once again check the route to Camp II)

We today ascend in order to reach camp I and our Sherpa guides will check our route to Camp II.

Day 26
Day 31 : Camp II (Our Sherpa guides once again check the route to Camp III)

Today we need a fixed rope climbing of around 1000m in order to reach Camp II from Camp I. our Sherpa guides will check our route to Camp III.

Day 27
Day 32 : Camp III (Our Sherpa guides fix the summit route)

We need to ascend 1300-1500m today where our Sherpa guides will help us fix the route of the summit

Day 28
Day 33 : Summit and back to camp III

After we mount to the summit of Annapurna IV and feel the glory of victory, we will descend all along the vertical slopes to the Camp III today. Here, we can relax and rest. Overnight at tented camp.

Day 29
Day 34 : Descend to Base Camp

On this day we will descend to base Camp after experiencing the most significant day summiting the Annapurna IV peak.

Day 30
Day 35 : Cleaning Base Camp, Pack up Base Camp and return to Humde.

Day 31
Day 36 : Trek to Yak Kharka

Today we will walk further ahead of traversing left into Marshyangdi valley. There is a very long walk on snow typically taking about 6 hours before beginning the steep drop to Yak Kharka. Overnight in Yak Kharka.

Day 32
Day 37 : Trek to Thorong High Camp

We have a very steep way up in order to reach Thorung High Camp and it takes around 1 hour to reach the camp today. The High Camp will bestow you a chance to witness great views of the surrounding mountains. Overnight at the Camp.

Day 33
Day 38 : Cross Thorong La Pass and trek to Muktinath

Early in the morning slowly reach the top of Thorang Pass (5417m.) and enjoy some absolutely stunning high Himalaya scenery and over to the Kaligandaki valley through the entire Annapurna range, Mukut and Mustang Himal to the west. Walking distance is about 8 hours. And then we will trek to Muktinath. We have an easy path that takes us to the holy temple of Muktinath and see 108 stone taps pouring out water. It is believed that taking a bath these holy taps take away all the sins.

Day 34
Day 39 : Drive to Jomsom

As the track continues to Jomsom, the scenery becomes more and more arid and remarkable with its combination of browns and grey environment with the snow topped peaks of Nilgiri and Tilicho. The stiff winds start on to speed up on our way to Jomsom in the afternoon. Ove night stay at Lodge in Jomsom.

Day 35
Day 40 : Fly to Pokhara and Kathmandu

Leaving behind the superb countryside early in the morning and travelling for 6 hours we return back to Kathmandu. We can either take a vehicle for a drive or fly back from the beautiful city Pokhara. On arrival at Kathmandu you will be shifted to the hotel. You can then relax for rest of the day and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 36
Day 41 : Leisure day in Kathmandu

We can go around Kathmandu valley, if some important places have been missed according to your choices. After the hectic schedules of trek, today you can either go for shopping or have a day rest before departing from Nepal.

Day 37
Day 42 : Transfer to airport, departure onward destination

This is your last day of your Annapurna IV Expedition. Our airport representative will drop you to the airport and you will depart from Nepal.
