One of the short, easy and family treks near Pokhara city – Annapurna Panchase Danda Trek is becoming popular for its various features. It is ideal for all people regardless of their age and fitness level. While exploring the natural and cultural beauty around the Pokhara Valley, trekkers witness various panoramic views of Annapurna 1 Dhaulagiri, Manaslu and its neighboring mountains, especially the Panchase Peak.

Annapurna Panchase Danda Trek is located on top of five high hills which converge at a point. You can explore Mahadev Temple, Barahi Temple, Siddha Baba, Dharamshala, Pancasila Lake, and some Buddhist monuments around the peak. This point is also known as Syangja, Parbat and the vicinity of Kaski district. It is also one of the best places for meditation and yoga.

This trek is also considered as a practice trek before a longer trek like Annapurna Base Camp or Annapurna Circuit Trek. Following a leisurely pace is the best option for travelers who want to enjoy nature and culture. Trekkers can walk 4-5 hours a day with plenty of time to take pictures, appreciate the scenery and rest at various stops. Interacting with the locals, trekkers get plenty of opportunities to explore the unique Nepali lifestyle.

The local culture of the central hill people and their traditional way of life make this easy route truly unforgettable experience.
