Bigu Gumba is situated on the top of the hill in Dolakha District as the oldest nunneries in Nepal. This Gumba is a hidden and magical place like the fairy tale of snow white and the seven dwarfs living behind the seven mountains. This place offers an idyllic scenery views too.
In this Bigu Gompa village hilly trek, you get to experience local culture, traditions and lifestyles of the people residing there. Though it is not a popular visited place, it is one of the most needed explored place for trekkers. It is simply an average hilly area where you can see the local village daily chores done for their llivelihood with an establishment of peace and harmony among people. Here, from the high view point you can be close to  see the whole range of east centre Himalaya including Rolwaling Himal including Melungtse (7181m), Melungse II (7023m), Gauri Shanker (7134m) and many so on. Passing through the lush green forest, we head towards Bigu Gompa which is a unique Buddhist monastery in this place and well renowned as nunnery institute established by Drukpa Rinboche in 1931.

Day 00 : Arrival at Kathmandu, Tribhuvan International Airport, transfer to hotel by our representative
Day 01 : Kathmandu to Sorung Khola 1,554m) drive – Duration: 6-7 hrs via Charikot
Day 02 : Trek to Bigu Gompa (2,515m) walk – Duration: 5 hrs
Day 03 : Trek to Dolangsa village (2,320m) walk – Duration: 5/30 hrs
Day 04 : Trek to Barabise village (8,20m) walk – Duration: 5/30 hrs
Day 05 : Barabise to Kathmandu drive – Duration: 3 hrs overnight at hotel
Day 00 : Transfer to airport, departure to your own destination

Day 1
day 00 : Arrival at Kathmandu, Tribhuvan International Airport, transfer to hotel by our representative.

Day 2
Day 01 : Kathmandu to Sorung Khola 1,554m) drive - Duration: 6-7 hrs via Charikot

Day 3
Day 02 : Trek to Bigu Gompa (2,515m) walk - Duration: 5 hrs

Day 4
Day 03 : Trek to Dolangsa village (2,320m) walk - Duration: 5/30 hrs

Today uphill trek to Bigu Gompa co5/30 hrs. mmunity lodge or Monastery along the remote villages, river valley with suspension bridge crossing. Follow the Buddhist footsteps and many small chorten along the way the bigu monastery.

Day 5
Day 04 : Trek to Barabise village (8,20m) walk - Duration: 5/30 hrs

Trek to Dolangsa village via small pass. Trek along the jungle, great view of Mt. Gauri Shankhar mountain range, and stay nearby Sherpa village

Day 6
Day 05 : Barabise to Kathmandu drive - Duration: 3 hrs overnight at hotel

Day 7
Day 00 : Transfers to airport, departure on your own destination.
