Outline Itinerary Everest Base Camp and Kalapathar Trek
Day 01 : Kathmandu to Lukla (2815m) fly – Duration: 35 minutes and trek to Phakding (2646m) walk – Duration: 3 hrs
Day 02 : Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m) walk – Duration: 6 hrs and Acclimatization hike to Everest view hotel
Day 03 : Namche Bazzar to Pangboche (3985m) walk – Duration: 6 hrs
Day 04 : Trek from Pangboche to Thukla (4799m) walk – Duration: 6 hrs
Day 05 : Thukla to Gorakshep (5160m), visit Everest Base Camp (5364m) walk – Duration: 7-8 hrs/and back to Gorakshep for overnight stay
Day 06 : Gorakshep to Kalapathar (5545m) and back to Periche (4371m) walk – Duration: 7 hrs
Day 07 : Trek Pheriche to Namche (3440m) walk – Duration: 7 hrs
Day 08 : Trek Namchebazaar to Lukla (2815m) walk – Duration: 7 hrs
Day 09 : Fly back to Kathmandu within 35 minutes at Domestic airport and transfer to hotel

Warm jacket (down jacket, if possible)
Water and windproof jacket (alternatively bring a poncho or umbrella)
