Trek begins from Kathmandu drive via Barabise to Ahgeri Kharka. Along the Kalinchowk Trekking you will come across some villages inhabited by Tamangs, Sherpas, and Brahmins. You can view out the monasteries and temples along the trail. From Ahgeri Kharka, you head on towards Biku Gompa. From the highest altitude of Kalinchowk (3800 meters) you can have a close sight of Annapurna, Lamjung, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Shisha Panga, Langtang, Dorjee Lakpa, Jugal Himal, Amabamori, Gauri Shankar, and Namburi Himal. You will pass through the dense rhododendron (National flower) forests. Similarly, national bird of Nepal, the Pheasant (Danfe) can also be seen in this area. While descending to Suspa village, you can see a very rare community in Nepal called “Thami”. Therefore, Kalinchowk trekking ends at Charikot; the headquater of Dolakha District. Then, you drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 02 : Trek Barabise to Ahgeri Kharka (1,035m) walk – Duration: 6 hrs
Day 03 : Ahgeri Kharka to Biku Gompa (2,310m) walk – Duration: 6 hrs
Day 04 : Biku Gompa to Shigate (2,654m) walk – Duration: 5 hrs
Day 05 : Trek Shigate to Junggepati (2,980m) walk – Duration: 6 hrs
Day 06 : Junggepati to Kali Pokhari (3,210m) walk – Duration: 4.5 hrs
Day 07 : Kali Pokhari to Kalinchok Temple (3,790m) walk – Duration: 6 hrs
Day 08 : Kalinchowk Bhagwati Darshan (3842m), 1.5 hrs. Along with Dolakha Bhimsen Darshan & Drive Back to Kathmandu
Day 00 : Transfers to airport, departure on your own destination

Warm jacket (down jacket, if possible)
Water and windproof jacket (alternatively bring a poncho or umbrella)
