The Kapuche Glacier Lake with an altitude of 2450m from the sea level situates in the Gurung village Sikles of Kaski district in the Annapurna region. This lake is the declared lowest altitude glacier lake in the world.

Kapuche Lake trek (Royal Trek) is one of the best newly emerged trekking routes in Nepal that unfolds the natural beauty in whole. Its unique location and pristine natural presence leads to the remote and less crowded trails. The trekking trail leading to Sikles offers plenty of rewards as this trail is a paradise for bird watchers and nature lovers. This pristine trail is also abundant with Flora and Fauna. Due to its natural beauty and unique trekking experience, its in list and highlights among the trekkers. This trek enrolls to the most charming villages, interesting patterns of terraced fields, rhododendron forest and high alpine meadows snuggled below the towering mountains of Lamjung Himal, Annapurna II (7937m) and IV (7525m).


Outline Itinerary of Kapuche Lake trek
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu, Tribhuvan International Airport, transfer to hotel by our representative
Day 02: Kathmandu to Pokhara drive – Duration: 6-7 hrs
Day 03: From Pokhara to Sikles Village Drive – Duration: 4 hrs
Day 04: Trek to Hugu Goth, 5 – 6 hrs. Overnight at tea house (Hugu Goth)
Day 05: Trek to Kapuche Lake (Virgin Ice Lake) Explore back to Hugu Goth
Day 06: Trek to Sikles walk – Duration: 5 hrs. Overnight at guest house (Sikles)
Day 07: Breakfast at the Sikles and head to Pokhara by Bus or Jeep. After reaching you will taken to hotel and have a leisure afternoon. You can visit around the lakeside or go for boating at Fewa Lake
Day 08: Drive back to Kathmandu: Leaving behind the magnificent countryside early in the morning and travelling for 6-7 hrs
Day 09: Transfer to airport, departure to your own destination

ADDITIONAL TRIP EXTENSION OPTION:
