Nubra Valley Trek From Phyang To Hunder: The Nubra Valley lies north of Leh and was once the gateway to the ancient Silk Road. which was part of the ancient Silk Road network that stretched from India to Central Asia. The trail passes through the least visited areas of Ladakh.

Nubra Valley Trek From Phyang To Hunder: The beauty of the untouched landscape, the amazing view from the high pass of Lesermo La and the beautiful valley of Hunder Dok will captivate you and this valley has vast alluvial plains and Bactrian camels, which roam along the sandy banks of the Shayon River. This trek is one of the least visited and the beauty of the undisturbed landscape will remind you of the stunning views of the Karakoram mountain ranges. The beauty of the trek is surpassed only on the last day…and every view will leave you mesmerized.

Difficulty

Duration for treks of this grade stretches up to two (2) weeks. Trails generally go above 4000 meters and on a daily basis, you can expect to be walking for about 5 – 7 hours. The perfect setting for introduction to moderate & challenging trekking. Activity level/physical rating is slightly harder than leisure and involves occasional difficult days. Expect ups and downs as well for there will be hills to climb as well.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Leh Airport and transfer to the hotel
Day 2: Sightseeing at Leh monasteries and palaces
Day 3: Drive to Phyang and trek to Phyang Phu
Day 4: Trek to South BC Lasermo (4700m)
Day 5: Trek to North BC (4667m) Via Lasermola (5438m)
Day 6: Trek to Lacermo, Hunder Dok (4035m)
Day 7: Trek Hunder Dok to Skarchen
Day 8: Descent to Hundar Bridge by trek
Day 9: Camel Ride in Hundar and Return to Leh
Day 10: After a beautiful trek, rest day at Leh
Day 11: Departure from Leh to your destination
