The Tsum Valley trek offers a unique experience as it acquaintances with Tibetan Plateau, natural beauty and its pristine culture. The word ‘Tsum’ comes from the Tibetan word ‘Tsombo’, which means vivid. Against the majestic backdrop of the Ganesh Himal, Sringi Himal and Baudha Himal ranges, this serene Himalayan valley is rich in ancient art, culture, and religion. Tsum Valley takes you into the majestic surroundings of the Ganesh Himal, Sringi Himal, and Boudha Himal ranges. The Local People are mostly of Tibetan origin and seek a unique dialect. Trails are strewn with artistic Chortens, Monasteries and lined with Mane Walls made of thousands of stone slabs carved with deities and prayers.
The Tsum valley has a long history of Buddhism. The Buddhist saint Milarepa is believed to have meditated in the caves of mountains there. Traditionally, Tsum valley was a culturally distinct geographical area called ‘Tsum Tso Chuksum’, which means thirteen provinces ruled as a single territory. The ancient remains of the Tsum Kingdom are still visible today. Due to its remoteness and inaccessibility, this sacred valley and its people have been bypassed by mainstream development for centuries. The lifestyle of the people in this region is a unique rural life which is different from people in other parts. As a result, the unique culture of this valley has remained intact.

Day 01 : Arrival at Kathmandu, Tribhuvan International Airport, transfer to hotel by our representative.
Day 02 : Stay in Kathmandu, trip preparation, overnight at hotel.
Day 03 : Drive to Soti Khola (720 meters), 6-7 hours, via Aarughat. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 04 : Trek to Machha Khola (930 meters), 6/30 hours. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 05 : Trek to Jagat (1,400 meters), 6/30 hours. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 06 : Trek to Lokpa (2,100 meters), 6 hours. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 07 : Trek to Chumling (Lower Tsum – 2,361 meters), 6 hours.Overnight at Lodge.
Day 08 : Trek to Chhekampar (Upper Tsum – 3,010 meters), 5/30 hours. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 09 : Trek Rachen Gompa (3,210 meters), 5/30 hours.Overnight at Lodge.
Day 10 : Trek Mu Gompa (3,700 meters), 5 hours. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 11 : Trek to Chhekampar via Chhule Nile (3,361 meter), 6 hours. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 12 : Trek to Lokpa (2,100 meters), 6-7 hours.Overnight at Lodge.
Day 13 : Trek to Deng (1865 meters), 6/30 hours. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 14 : Trek to Ghap (2165 meters), 6 hours. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 15 : Trek to Lho (3180 meters), 4 -5 hours. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 16 : Trek to Sama Gaon (3525 meters), 4/30 hours.Overnight at Lodge.
Day 17 : Rest day in Sama Gaon.
Day 18 : Trek to Samdo (3850 meters), 4 hours. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 19 :Trek Dharamsala High Camp (Larkya Phedi – 4460 meters), 4 hours. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 20 :Trek to Bhimthang (3590 meters), 5-6 hours, after crossing Larkya La Pass (5,219 meters)
Day 21 : Trek to Dharapani (1860m), 6 hours. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 22 : Drive to Kathmandu 8-9 hours, overnight at hotel.
Day 23 : Transfer to airport, departure to your own destination.
