Known all over the globe as the city of Temples and Monasteries, Kathmandu alone hosts 7 World Heritage sites. You shall visit Pashupatinath Temple, the holiest place of the Hindus of the world. The next site is Changu Narayan which is supposed to be the origin of Nepal’s history. Likewise; Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha, is a World Heritage Site as acknowledged by the UNESCO. You can reach Lumbini by 7 to 8-hour-drive from Kathmandu. One of the prime attractions in Lumbini is the Maya Devi Temple. Maya Devi, Lord Buddha’s mother, survives in monument. An awesome image displays Maya Devi giving birth to Lord Buddha‒the then Siddhartha Gautam‒holding a branch. The renovated garden and surroundings of Lumbini have the remnants of many of the ancient Stupas and monasteries.
Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive at Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel.
Day 2: Early in the Morning you will have One Hour Mountain-Flight. By the flight you can see the view over 13 Snowy Capped Mountains including Mount Everest and hundreds over 6000 meters high peaks. Rest of the time you will have Sightseeing around Kathmandu.
Day 3: Drive to Lumbini from Kathmandu and evening relaxing.
Day 4: Lumbini Sightseeing, you will visit Japanese Stupa, Chinese Stupa, Ashoka Pillars, Vietnam Stupa, Buddha’s birthplace, Mayadevi Temple and many other Buddhist Stupas.
Day 5: Get early in the morning, you will be taking at Tilaurakot for Sightseeing, and after breakfast drive to Chitwan.
Day 6: In Chitwan National Park full day of Wild-Life Safari activities.
Day 7: Drive to Kathmandu from Chitwan 4-5 hours and rest at Hotel.
Day 8: Full day tour to UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu. Like; Pashupatinath Temple, Changu Narayan, Boudhnath and Bhaktapur Durbar Square – the most ancient sites.
Day 9: Drop at the airport for the final departure.

- Itineraries will be changed upon mutual agreement between AlpineTrav Treks & Expeditions and the customer. Additional activities can be added or subtracted as per the client's request before the trip is confirmed.
- The price will be adjusted on our mutual understanding, ie, if the customer wants to add some services, we will charge for those additional services and if he/she wants to reduce some services, we will refund the charges accordingly.
