Nagarkot, dhulikhel Trek is a short trip of 5 days tea house trek around Kathmandu. This sweet trek starts from Sundarijal after driving nearly 45 minutes from Kathmandu. In the beginning the trail pierces Shivapuri National Park passing through a big watershed that provides 40 percent drinking to Kathmandu Valley. Trek offers a beautiful nature and village walk experience, natural environment, stunning panoramic views of Himalayas like, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtang Himal and Gaurishankar Himal. Here we can even spot Mount Everest in far distance. Early sunrise view from Nagarkot is the most fascinating and mesmerizing view reflecting rays of sun to White Mountains. Therefore, this tour plan is designed for the short time travelers in Nepal who desires to taste the close nature of the Himalayas. (The best time to visit Nagarkot are during the spring months of March, April, and early winters of October, November. The climate is pleasant in spring, and the hills look very pretty with the most colourful blooming flowers.)

Day 03 : Drive to Sundarijal (1460m.) and start trek to Chisapani (2170m.)
Day 04 : Chisopani to Nagarkot (2195m.), 6 hrs walk, overnight at Lodge
Day 05 : Nagarkot to Dhulikhel (1,440 m), overnight at hotel
Day 06 : Sightseeing at religious and historical places like; Bhaktapur and Changu Narayan.

Day 1
Day 01 : Arrival at Kathmandu, Tribhuvan International Airport, transfer to hotel by our representative.

After we land at Kathmandu International Airport, you will be greeted by our Nepali representatives who will also explain us about our trek.

Day 2
Day 02 : Sightseeing at Kathmandu valley, overnnight at hotel

After our breakfast, we will go for the sightseeing Tour to Swayambhunath Stupa, where you can see lots of monkeys and a beautiful view of Kathmandu Valley.

Day 3
Day 03 : Drive to Sundarijal (1460m.) and start trek to Chisapani (2170m.)

We have plan today; go to Sundarijal (1350m), an open and clear way that moves down just next to the huge water pipe that provides drinking water to Kathmandu. Firstly, the trail moves up and we go along the sign posted path moving up to Mulkharka, the large Tamang village. The trail continuously moves up to enter the pass at Borlang Bhanjyang. Now, we walk downhill passing peaceful forests of rhododendron, oak, etc. In around an hour, we will get to a large track climbing to Chisapani.

Day 4
Day 04 : Chisopani to Nagarkot (2195m.), 6 hrs walk, overnight at Lodge.

Trek from Chisapani to Nagarkot start to Chauki Bhanjag, which takes about 3 hours, you will stop here for an hour for your lunch. You continue the charming trails lead 3 hours toward Nagarkot. (Walking 6 hrs.) Nagarkot, (2175m) is by far the most popular. In the clear weather the Himalaya range.

Day 5
Day 05 : Nagarkot to Dhulikhel (1,440 m), overnight at hotel.

We start our long day walk to Dhulikhel. It is beautiful walking through in the countryside of Nepal’s rural villages. You will experience the beauty of nature altogether rural lifestyle and diverse culture.

As you approach Dhulikhel, a glut of cultural diversities, traditional practices, lush vegetation and rich bird life unfolds before you. Dhulikhel (1440m.) is a small town of Newar ethnic community of the valley with a long history. The artistic skill and urban ethos of its Newar inhabitants have created a place of charm and beauty.

Day 6
Day 06 : Sightseeing at religious and historical places like; Bhaktapur and Changu Narayan.

These places are richly decorated with sculptures and carvings. Here, Changu Narayan is the oldest temple in the valley. After well sightseeing in these places, we return back to Kathmandu. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 7
Day 07 : Transfer to airport, departure to your own destination.

You will be met at your hotel and taken to the airport in good time to meet your flight home.
