Pokalde Peak Climbing is one of the most challenging and strenuous trekking trails of Nepal. It is well popular among the climbers and mountaineers who love to have challenges all the while relishing in the mesmerizing views of the Himalayas. This leads to amazing journey along the route, magnificent cultural riches and splendid alpine bios up to the lap of the Himalayas with towering peaks dominating the skies.
The trek begins from a flight to Lukla; the world’s considered second thrilling airport. Then after the trek heads to Namche Bazaar passing through small villages, rhododendron forests, and rivers. Namche Bazaar is the gateway to the Himalayas. You will get to experience the unique lifestyle, culture, and tradition of the Sherpa inhabitants. You will then trek towards Tengboche where you will see the most important and the oldest monastery of the entire region, Tengboche Monastery. Following an ascending trail, you trek all the way up to the Kala Patthar. Here, you will get to behold panoramic views of Mighty Mt. Everest (8,848 m) and other surrounding mountains. Further, you will trek towards Pokalde Base Camp and climb the summit. Pokalde Peak is situated at the south of the Kongma La Pass (5,535 m), an isolated route that will lead you to the Chhukung valley where you will see a small hanging glacier on the northern side of the peak. Well, you can enjoy the spectacular views of the surroundings and the mountains upon reaching the Summit. You will get to see the snow-capped peaks like Mt Everest (8,848 m), Mt. Nuptse (7,861 m), Ama Dablam, (6,812 m), Mt. Lhotse (8,516 m) and many others in the Everest massif. The trail will be tough at times so the use of trekking equipments are required to reach the summit. Ultimately as some time on the summit is spend, you will trek back to Namche Bazaar, and fly back to the Kathmandu.

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu, Tribhuvan International Airport, transfer to hotel by our representative
Day 02: Full day Sightseeing of Kathmandu valley
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2840m), 35mins and trek to Phakding (2610m) 3hrs
Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m) 6hrs
Day 05: Acclimatization Day; hike to Everest View
Day 06: Trek Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3868m) 5hrs
Day 07: Trek from Tengboche to Pheriche (4240m) 5hrs
Day 08: Trek Pheriche to Lobuche (4910m) 5hrs
Day 09: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep (5140m) 3hrs and afternoon explore to Everest Base Camp (5365m) 5hrs
Day 10: Early morning hike to Kalapatthar (5545m) 2hrs and trek to Lobuche (4910m) 3hrs
Day 11: Lobuche to Pokalde Base Camp (4400m) 7hrs via Kongma-La Pass (5535m)
Day 12: Pokalde Base Camp to High Camp (5000m) 5hrs
Day 13: Summit to Pokalde Peak (5806m) and back to Chhukung (4730m) 7.5hrs
Day 14: Trek from Chhukhung to Tengboche (3860m) 6hrs
Day 15: Tengboche to Monjo (2835m) 6hrs
Day 16: Trek from Monjo to Lukla (2840m) 5hrs
Day 17: Early morning fly Lukla to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel
Day 18: Transfer to airport, departure to your own destination
