The Tsho Rolpa Lake Trek begins Dolakha, Chetchet a 9-hour drive from Kathmandu. The trail moves along the Tama Koshi River for the most part of the trek and also follows the Rolwaling River in the upper regions. Best Time of Tsho Rolpa Trekking:
Weather is one of the most critical and decisive factors to look upon when determining to trek at any destination. Tsho Rolpa Trek Difficulty:
Tsho Rolpa Trek is a moderate-grade trek in the Rolwaling region of Nepal. Moderate or Grade B level of trekking is tougher than Grade A and involves about two-week-long treks above the elevation of above 3000m and below 5000m. Generally, this grade of the trek may require previous hiking or trekking experience as it involves walking uphill & downhill in the higher elevation. Trekkers are required to be well-fit and in good health condition with the ability to walk around 6-7 hours every day. Altitude gain per day can range between 400m-700m which can create a chance of altitude sickness. This grade of the trek is suitable for trekkers.

About Nepal Visa:
All foreign nationals except Indian Nationals are required to arrange a visa in order to enter Nepal. A Nepalese Visa can be obtained either prior to your arrival at a Nepalese embassy abroad or on arrival time in Kathmandu at the airport. But nationals from Afghanistan, Iraq, Cameroon, Ghana, Somalia, Swaziland, Palestine, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Ethiopia, and Liberia cannot secure the Nepalese Visa upon arrival. The Visa can be also taken at entry points at Nepalese borders. Climatic conditions of Nepal vary from one place to another in accordance with geographical features. In the northern summers are cool and winters severe, while in the south, summers are tropical and winters are mild. Nepal has five major seasons: spring, summer, monsoon, autumn, and winter.
Traveling in and through Nepal is not subject to seasonal constraints. Even in December and January, when winter is at its worst, bright sun and beautiful views compensate for the cold. Like most trekking fields in Nepal, spring and autumn are the best time to visit.
