Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu Airport [1,350m/4,455ft] and transfer to hotel.
Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Barpak [1,900m/6,233ft], 8-9 hours
Day 3: Trek from Barpak to Gaikharka [2,100m/6,890ft], 5-6 hours
Day 4: Trek from Gaikharka to Thado Pung.[3,100m/10,170ft], 5-6 hours
Day 5: Trek from Thado Pung to Jhong Kharka [3,500m/11,483ft], 5-6 hours
Day 6: Trek from Jhong Kharka to Deng [2,345m/7,693ft], 7-8 hours
Day 7: Trek from Deng to Bihi Village [2,650m/8,694ft], 6-7 hours
Day 8: Day trip Serang Gompa [3,600m/11,811ft] – Bihi Village.
Day 9: Trek from Bihi Village to Prok Village [2,380m/7,808ft], 6-7 hours
Day 10: Trek from Prok Village to Namrung [2,630m/8,626ft], 6-7 hours
Day 11: Trek from Namrung to Shyala [3,470m/11,382ft], 4-5 hours
Day 12: Trek from Shyala to Sama Village [3,530m/11,581ft] via Pungyen Gompa, 3-4 hours
Day 13: Day hike to the iconic Manaslu Base Camp [4,700m/15,420ft], 6-7 hours
Day 14: Trek from Sama Village to Samdo [3,860m/12,664ft], 3-4 hours
Day 15: Trek from Samdo to Dharmashala – Larkya Phedi [4,460m/14,632ft], 4-5 hours
Day 16: Cross Larkya La Pass [5,160m/16,929ft] to Bhimthang [3,890m/12,759ft], 8-9 hours
Day 17: Trek from Bhimthang to Gho [2,500m/8,200ft], 5-6 hours
Day 18: Trek from Gho to Dharapani [1,860m/6,100ft], 4-5 hours
Day 19: Drive back to Kathmandu via Bensisahar [760 m/2,490ft], 6-7 hours
