Shuklaphanta Wildlife Reserve is situated in the south west of Neapl. Area of this wildlife reserve is 155 square Km. The name Shuklaphanta is derived from the largest of these grass lands. You can see varieties of wild animals such as elephants, tigers, deers, Leopards, nilgai, porcupine, wild dog, jackal, the Barasingha, endangered animal Herons, storks, kingfishers etc. You can visit the wildlife reserve by walking or driving. Another attraction of Shuklaphanta Wildlife Reserve is “Rani Tal” around which you van view some kinds of Birds and animals. You can view many water flow there. About 75% of Shuklaphanta wildlife reserve is covered by forest and other is covered by grassland.
