Then we will take a scenic flight to Lhasa with spectacular mountain views and Tibetan landscape (we can, however, take a drive too). We spend three nights in Lhasa, a Buddhist Capital, visiting the famous Potala Palace, the Jokhang, great monasteries and walk through the bustling Barkor market before taking drive towards Manasorvar. During Lhasa Everest Base Camp and Kailash Tour we drive through central Tibet via Yamdrok Tso (Turquoise Lake), to the historical towns of Gyantse and Shigatse and further by jeeps to the famous Rongbuk Monastery and hiking to North Everest Base Camp from where the views of the enthralling North Face of Mt. Everest can be enjoyed. We will then continue moving across the Tibetan Highlands, following the great Yarlung Tsangpo river valley and then to the sacred landscape of Lake Manasarovar and Mount Kailash.

The breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks as well as the views of Tibetan countryside will make the journey an unforgettable one. You will be opportune to witness Buddhist prayer ceremonies, visit the homes of local Tibetans and observe religious customs to help understand the Tibetan religion and life.

You will offer some puja (worship) and also take a holy bath in the Manasarovar Lake. After the bath you will move round Lake by Jeep. The parikrama (moving round the lake) is about 115 km long and normally takes 4-5 hours. Even in between the parikrama you will take a holy bath near Trugu Gompa.
