The northern part of the Annapurna Circuit and the Manaslu Circuit are connected by this section of the GHT, offering a great trek that can challenge any Himalayan hiker! The rocky and undeveloped trek encircles the world’s eighth highest mountain, Manaslu (8163m), passing through historic Buddhist settlements near the Tibetan border. The trek crosses the high and windswept Larkya La (5167m) to reach Dharapani, and from there the trek meets the famous Annapurna Circuit route.

From there you reach and cross Thorong La (5416m) via Manang, you continue north on this magnificent trek with incredible views of the Annapurna range. This pass offers stunning views of the Mustang region and the Tibetan plateau. As you descend before reaching Kagbeni you pass the important pilgrimage village of Muktinath, a historic settlement that is a major site within the Kali Gandaki Valley.

Manaslu Circuit:

We will reach the summit of Larkya La Pass, which rises to a staggering 5,106 meters (16,751 feet), along with the Manaslu Circuit Trek. Consequently, the Manaslu Circuit trip is also known as the Larkya pass trek. Mountains like Mt. Manaslu (8,163m, 26,781ft), Mt. Annapurna (8,091m, 26,545ft), Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,167m, 26,795ft), Mt. Hiunchuli (6,441m, 21,132ft), and Ganesh Himal (7,422m, 24,350ft) can all be seen from the summit of Larkya La Pass.

Annapurna Circuit:

The western Himalayas’ breathtaking magnificence is on display at the Annapurna Circuit Trek. You can see stunning views of mountains capped with snow like Annapurna (8,091 m), Nilgiri (7,061 m), Manaslu (8,163 m), Dhaulagiri (8,167 m), Hiunchuli (6,441 m), Tilicho Peak (7,134 m), Pisang Peak (6,091 m), Gangapurna (7,455 m), etc. while hiking. Similarly, a beautiful mountain view could be seen at the summit of the Thorong La Pass. The journey allows you to escape into nature’s embrace and spend time with massive snow-covered mountains. We promise that the Manaslu Circuit and Annapurna Circuit trek (GHT) will increase your self-assurance to a level comparable to that of the Himalayas.
