Choose Your Trip:
We offer a wide range of holidays from mountaineering, trekking and leisure tours. Please choose the one that suits you according to your preferences and need. We offer holidays suitable for people of any age group, taste, style and budget. If you would like to know more about any of our trips, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in choosing the perfect trip for you.
Please let us know if you do not find the holiday that suits you or if you need to make any changes to our existing itineraries and services. We pride ourselves on being able to offer tailor-made trips/bespoke holidays that are curated specifically to your needs and preferences. With tailor-made trips, you can do everything you want on your own path and on your chosen dates. Or you can choose one of our existing itineraries and set your own suitable departure date. Select Trip Style:
Once you have chosen your trip, please select a travel style. We offer private tours and tailor-made tours according to your needs and preferences. And we will adjust your request accordingly. The trip is guaranteed to run even with just one participant. (Some trip require a minimum of 2 participants). Select a tour and fill out the trip booking page.
If you want a guided tour but prefer to do it alone or with your own group, then a private tour might be your style. And a private tour will mean it will be just you and your group with a full local support team (trekking and climbing leader, assistant guides and porters). There will be no additional charges for this and you can also set the travel date according to your schedule. We will adjust your request and run the tour accordingly.
We have a wide range of holidays that cater to the needs of all ages, groups and solo travelers; if you are looking to do something different and would like to make any changes to the given itinerary or services, please let us know and we will accommodate your request. We pride ourselves on being able to customize each of our clients’ adventures to their preferences and need. Make a Booking:
We have made the booking process as simple as possible. Once you have chosen your trip and travel style, please visit the travel page of our package site for more information. We recommend that you book your trip at least 6 months in advance of your desired travel date to avoid international flight unavailability. Please complete the form and submit when ready. Once we receive your form, a provisional booking will be made and you will be required to complete the Trip Booking Form which you will need to sign and return to us via email attachment. Your trip will be confirmed once we receive a signed copy of the booking form and a trip deposit (20% of the trip cost).
For trip booking, please download the Trip Booking Form and send us a signed copy of the form via email attachment. Once we receive the booking form, a provisional booking will be made and your trip will be confirmed once we receive a signed copy of the booking form, a passport copy and a non-refundable trip deposit (20% of the trip cost).
Similarly, for a tailor-made trip, please fill out the form on Tailor Made Trips mentioning your requirements and preferences. We will tailor the trip as per your request and once the trip is tailored as per your request, we will email you a scanned booking form for the trip booking process. A provisional booking will be made once we receive the scanned booking form with your signature. Your trip will be confirmed once we receive the signed copy of the booking form and trip deposit.

A provisional booking will be accepted once we have received the form and we will hold it for two (2) weeks. To promote you, please send us a signed copy of the booking form and pay the deposit. We will send you a scanned booking form to complete and an invoice for the amount due. If we do not receive the form and deposit payment by the date as mentioned in the invoice, we reserve the right to cancel the bookings. We will deem that you are no longer interested and we will proceed to accept other confirmation on the date.
Deposit Payment:
When you are ready to confirm your booking, please submit the Trip Booking Form to us along with the initial deposit and passport copy of each participant. To confirm your booking, you will be required to pay 20% of the total cost as a trip deposit. This deposit/booking fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation. Your booking will be confirmed by email once we receive the booking form along with the initial deposit. For payment methods, we accept wire transfer. You can make the final payment in cash once you arrive in Kathmandu. Please note that we discourage payment by credit card because this incurs an additional service charge that we have not included in the cost of your trip.
Trip Confirmation:
Once we receive the signed copy of the booking form, passport copy and trip deposit, we will send you a trip confirmation letter. Once we receive all the details, your booking will be confirmed. Your booked trip will be guaranteed to run.
Final Payment:
The balance payment of the trip can be made before or after your arrival in Kathmandu, as per your convenience. You can pay the balance by cash.
