The Numbur Cheese Circuit trek takes you to Ramechhap, about 190 km east of the capital Kathmandu. The trek takes between 14- to 16- days to complete by circling two striking river valleys; Khimti and Likhu and Rolwaling region in the lap of Everest. The trek is named after the unexplored peak Numbur Chuli (6,959m) and Nepal’s first yak cheese factory. Numbur Cheese circuit trek.(This factory was established in 1957).

This trekking route offers extraordinary and magnificent views of majestic mountain peaks including Everest, Numburchuli, Gaurishankar, Jugal and Langtang mountain which are still unexplored and have vibrant Sherpa cultural attractions.
