Arrival in Kathmandu 1,350m/4,430ft

We recommend that you schedule your arrival in Kathmandu in the morning or afternoon. This will give you enough time to relax and recover from jet lag before starting your adventure. Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, our representative will meet you at the airport and transfer you to hotel. After checking in to the hotel, evening; visit the Swayambhunath monkey temple near Hotel Vajra. Spend the night in Kathmandu.

Fly to Pokhara 827m/2,714ft - Explore

After breakfast, you hop on a twenty five-minute flight to Pokhara from Kathmandu airport. During the flight, the views from your window seat will give you a mesmerizing panorama of the glorious Manaslu and the snow-capped Annapurna mountain range. On arrival in Pokhara, refresh & get familiar with your surroundings. You can go for a stroll down the fewa lake & also do some boating. You could also visit Davis Fall and the Peace Stupa. Day 03 :

Drive to Nayapul and trek to Ulleri 2,050m/6,726ft 5-6hrs

Today, your trek starts with a drive to Nayapul, the trailhead for the Ghorepani Poonhill Trek. From Naya Pul, you follow the south bank of the river. After 2 hours, you will passed through subtropical valley forests, sometimes on the carved trail on the side of the cliff. You will stop for lunch at Tirkhedunga. After lunch, you will cross the Modi Khola stream via a suspension bridge, and from here it’s a steep climb all the way to the top of Ulleri.

Day 04 :

Trek to Ghorepani 2,750m/9,033ft 4-5hrs

The hike to Poonhill continues as we make our ascent to the Ghorepani village. The name Ghorepani in Nepali means a place with a water trough for resting weary horses, owing to its role as an important campsite for traders before it became a trekker’s stop, too, for a breather. Where, Ghorepani is an interesting place with small shops and stalls selling local products and handicrafts. The town has two parts: one in a saddle-like shape and the other a few hundred feet lower. Day 05 :

Hike up to Poonhill 3,210m/10,531ft & Trek to Tadapani 3,210m/10,532ft walk 5-6hrs

Today is a special day, wake up early in the morning and trek to Pun Hill to watch the sunrise. The golden rays of the sun fall on the sparkling snow of the Annapurna range, it is absolutely amazing. From Pun Hill, you will enjoy the magnificent views of Dhaulagiri, Tukuche Peak, Nilgiri, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhre, Lamjung Himal, Manaslu Himal and many more. After taking photos with the enchanting view of the mountains and enjoying some coffee, tea or hot chocolate, you will return to Ghorepani. Trek to Ghandruk 1,940m/6,365ft 3hrs walk - Drive back to Pokhara 827m/2,714ft 3hrs drive

As you quit Tadapani, you will hike along terraced fields below the wonderful panorama of awe-inspiring glaciated Himalayan mountain ranges. As the trail moves across a group of flatlands, forests, cultivated lands, and a suspension bridge over Khumbu Khola, you arrive at the scenic & beautiful village of Ghandruk after hiking for 3 hours. In the morning you can do some last minute shopping in Pokhara. Then, you will drive to Kathmandu in your private vehicle. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to the hotel and the rest of the time you can stretch your legs and relax with a cold beer in the hotel garden.
