Paragliding in Nepal offers an aerial view of the Himalayan mountain range. This trip takes you to some of the most beautiful views on Earth, as you share the airspace with Himalayan griffin vultures, eagles, kites and float over villages, monasteries, temples, lakes and forests, from where you can see spectacular views of the majestic Himalayas. The beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara, located at the foot of the Annapurna Range, offers paragliding services. The best season is from October to April.

You will usually be taken to the site of Sarangkot in a private tourist vehicle in the morning from where you can see the three highest mountains in the world above 8000 meters, Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Manaslu. Then, you will be ready to take to the skies with a qualified pilot. Your pilot will guide you through the thermals during your flight.

Along the way, you can also see and enjoy wild birds of prey, including the giant Himalayan griffon vulture, Egyptian vulture, golden eagle, several species of falcons and numerous kites, which will join you on your flight.

The paragliding trip lasts 20-30 minutes and 40-60 minutes (you can choose according to your interests).
