Zip Flyer in Nepal Overview
Ziplining is one of the most adventurous activities in Pokhara. It attracts hundreds of tourists every month. Zip Flyer is located in Sarangkot, which is a 30-minute drive from Lakeside and 8 km northwest of Pokhara Valley. The world’s tallest, longest, fastest and steepest zip line stretches for 1.8 km with a 600-meter vertical drop at a 60-degree angle. It was built in 2010. At 1550 meters, Sarangkot Danda is the starting point of the trek, and it ends at 950 meters at Hemja. Sarangkot Dada offers a thrilling vantage point over the Seti River, Fishtail, Annapurna and Pokhara Valley.
Zip Flyer is a famous American brand; The Highground Adventure is the franchise of that company. Participants weighing between 35 kg and 125 kg are allowed to participate in the adventure on the zipline. However, all minors under the age of eighteen must have a guardian sign their reservation.
