Before visiting Nepal, you should do some short excursions and walk 5 to 6 hours per day, both uphill and downhill. By doing exercises that increase your heart rate, such as running, swimming, and cycling, you can increase your stamina. Before the trek, work on some yoga asanas that will help you breathe easily, and make sure to drink enough water to keep your body hydrated.
